Project Lifetime: September 2010 - June 2012

 

Project Milestones:

Interview Phase (Spring 2011): Interviews will serve as a tool to identify and assess perceived spatial characteristics of each city. The target group are the stakeholders and local actors in each of the five metropolises. The Interview Phase is in the stage of being finalized.

Workshops (November 03 - 11, 2011): Workshops will be held in each of the five cities. The main objective of the Workshops is to get feedback from stakeholders and actors on the (perceived) spatial quality of the five cities.

 

Final Event:

POLYCE Final Conference: June 01, 2012 @ Vienna University of Technology, 1040 Wien, Karlsplatz 13, 4.OG, Kuppelsaal

The Final Conference will bring togehter researchers from regional sciences and representatives of stakeholder groups from across Europe in order to reflect the POLYCE results as well as future demands for research on Territorial Capital in the context of sustainable and competitive urban-regional development.

 

Further Scientific Event:

EURA Conference: September 2012: The EURA (European Urban Research Association) Conference is a scientific conference with participants of POLYCE and will take place in September 2012.
